Hugh Holtman serves as an advisor with SVN in Portland, OR specializing in apartment investment sales. Hugh joined the SVN-Imbrie Realty team after 3 years at a smaller boutique brokerage firm, HFO Investment Real Estate, where he began his specialization in the sale of apartment properties throughout Oregon and SW Washington, in particular along the I-5 corridor.

 

Prior to entering the brokerage side of commercial real estate, Hugh served as a project manager with Skanska USA Building, a large general contractor, working on commercial projects in Oregon and New Mexico. Hugh has continued to increase his commitment to the commercial real estate industry by beginning his journey toward the CCIM designation and completing the CCIM 101 course. His extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry coupled with his finance and management background has proven to serve his clients well.

 

As Mr. Holtman continues to engage and give back to the community, he has become involved with the Young Leaders Society of the United Way, helping create the next generation of community leaders in both the business and civic arenas. Hugh obtained a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Finance from Oregon State University.
